Distributor training: Detailed insights and intensive dialogue in the field of dosing technology

In November, Reinhardt-Technik organised a distributor training course. Here, systems were presented and tested by the participants. The training was a platform for intensive dialogue.

An in-house distributor conference was held at Reinhardt-Technik in November. Distributors from all over the world were invited to attend. The training offered our sales partners the opportunity to deepen their expertise and familiarise themselves with the latest developments in the field of dosing technology. It was also an opportunity to exchange ideas so that co-operation can be further improved in the future.

The participants not only received a comprehensive overview of the various dosing systems, but were also able to test the systems themselves. This gave participants the opportunity to experience the devices first-hand, test their functionalities and discuss specific application examples. This enabled dealers to gain a comprehensive picture of the wide range of possible applications for the dosing machines. Dosing systems from the Ecostar and Visco Star series were available for this purpose and were presented by our training team.

The highlight of the training was the presentation of a new mixer for the Ecostar series. The prototype could be tested by the participants. An intensive exchange about the mixer gives Reinhardt-Technik a deep insight into the dealers' point of view. The positive feedback shows that the new mixer will be a successful development. The plan is for the market launch to take place in 2024.

The in-house training course placed particular emphasis on the intensive exchange and dialogue between our sales partners. The training not only promoted understanding of the products, but also strengthened networking and cooperation between our sales partners.

The response to the training was extremely positive. Our dealers were enthusiastic about the practical insights and the opportunity to exchange ideas with other experts in the field. We are convinced that this training has not only strengthened the product knowledge of our sales partners, but has also helped us to offer our customers an even better service.
